Clear boundaries for a corporate website.

These terms govern use of this informational website. They do not create a client relationship or define a service engagement.

Informational purpose

Website content describes Proven Court’s intended positioning, capability categories, and operating approach. It is general information and is not legal advice, an affidavit, a certification, a procurement response, or a representation that a particular method is authorized for a specific matter.

No engagement through website use

Visiting the site or submitting an RFP inquiry does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, or attorney-client relationship. A service engagement exists only under an authorized written agreement.

Engagement-specific commitments

Service availability, coverage, timing, capacity, technology, integrations, security controls, evidence, and reporting are engagement-specific. They become commitments only when included in an authorized proposal, statement of work, or agreement.

Appropriate use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass controls, submit unlawful or misleading information, or use the inquiry form to send protected personal information, case records, or confidential documents.

Ownership and third-party material

Proven Court’s original site content and identity elements are protected by applicable law. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. No third-party endorsement is implied.

Changes

Content and these terms may change as the organization, production providers, and legal requirements are verified. Material terms of a signed engagement are governed by that agreement.
